Meet Noah & Noor

Noah

Noah is the one who connects the dots. Where Noor pins an idea down, Noah takes it and asks where else it shows up, in an earlier chapter, in a different book, in something you already know from your own life. He cares less about whether an idea is true in the abstract and more about what it’s actually good for. By the end of most episodes, Noah is the one who lands the takeaway.

Noor

Noor is the one who won’t let an idea pass unexamined. Every chapter, she’s listening for the gap: the claim that’s stated but never proven, the leap the author expects you to take on faith. Her name means light in Arabic and Persian, and that’s really her role on the show, not to dim an idea, but to hold it up until you can see it clearly. If a book says something bold, Noor is the voice asking: says who, and how do we know?

Noah and Noor aren’t real people. They’re two AI voices, built to read every chapter closely and talk it through the way two genuinely curious people would, one pushing for precision, the other pushing for relevance. We think that’s a more honest way to build an AI narrator than pretending there’s no AI at all.
